Flexible with regards work e.g. no micro-managing and staff have degree of freedom to choose own work patterns. Many long stay talented senior staff who are very supportive.
Cons
Poor management of work and resource leading to chaotic priority setting that can lead to extreme pressure to meet impossible dead lines.
