      Pros

      Pay, benefits, further education, care for employees, environment are great. Office premises always very clean and welcoming. Free drinks, cakes and nights out with the team. Young crowd to mix with. Really enjoyed working at KAL

      Cons

      Could do with more structure and better documentation of processes. Working hours can tend to be long but everyone got paid overtime

      Pros

      Flexible with regards work e.g. no micro-managing and staff have degree of freedom to choose own work patterns. Many long stay talented senior staff who are very supportive.

      Cons

      Poor management of work and resource leading to chaotic priority setting that can lead to extreme pressure to meet impossible dead lines.
