Pros
I've worked for more than one of the major elevator companies and based on my experience Kone at least attempts to service customers as much as possible. They have great systems and processes and have been very accommodating during the pandemic.
Cons
Profit driven like everyone else. Usually the smallest of the majors within the major metropolitan areas which presents challenges.
