      Sadly there are no pros of working in KPIT. It's good if you are layoff from company, because KPIT don't deserve good employees

      Cons

      1) They show fake hiring posts 2) Layoffs has never stopped in KPIT, it is just not shown to media. 3) They forcefully ask you to resign and tell they don't have projects for you.
