      management representatives don’t follow his core values misusing company properties for their self-interest misusing power and rights for their self interest Rather buying unessential and extra additional things for their personal use, if save those unessential spent and reinvest in employees by providing compensaion and hike will help them. no proper policies and procedures no people development
