The management not recognize people who are really working hard and sincerely to the company . Not giving any value to people who are having Knowledge and experience. People who are doing as a spy then will get better offer. lots of incompetent people have gone to the top and really talented people not getting chance. As the case the Project Coordinator doesn't competent, Just sitting and watching that is her job. Though she is surviving becas of her spying. She doesn't really strive to work for the company.She had been suspended for her worst behavior inside the company with coworker for their personal problem. Even person doesnt know how to behave professionally with others inside the company. But has been selected as preceding officer for Internal Complaints committee. She didn't know how to handle her personal problems then how she can solve others problems. Management pls appoint someone who is really deserve for that position.

Company Expenses Wasted - Poor Management In Kramski India

German Management is too good and helpful. Provides Food to all Employees

No improvement in the company after the change of new management team. New Management Team making same mistakes as the old management. Company Expenses are wasted for their personal use. No New Projects - But more expenses and manpower wasted in Production Planning(Materials Department) Staffs who supported previous Executive Director are still in company and making the same mistake and making the company down.New Management is also not taking actions on those staffs. Lay off(Dismissal) were done only to low salary people still people who got high salary and less working people are not laid off. New Management making low salary people as inefficient to German Management. But Most of the high salary people are not even working properly. Inefficient Staffs are working in Projects and Materials Department which leads to the loss. Efficient People like me were laid off.
