A company that genuinely changed my life for the better - Product Consultant Kainos Employee Review

I've been at Kainos a while now and it's honestly changed my life. That sounds dramatic but it's true. The remote working is proper flexible — not "you can work from home on Fridays if your manager approves it" flexible, actually flexible. I work from where I want, when I want, and nobody breathes down my neck about it. There's a real trust there that I haven't had anywhere else. The salary is good, the pay rises actually happen, and you're not constantly anxious about where you stand. People genuinely appreciate your work here — your manager will actually tell you you've done a good job, which sounds basic but you'd be surprised how rare that is. The offices are great when you do go in, the people are sound, and there's a decent social scene without it being forced. Client work is well run and you feel supported, not dumped on site and forgotten about. I'm just happier. Better balance, better headspace, better life outside of work. Can't ask for much more than that really.
