Pros
- CEO Brendan Mooney is one of the nicest down to earth CEO's who actually cares about people. - Fantastic culture, very people focused, everyone is friendly. - Mature company processes. - Really good team processes - Agile and best practises followed very well. - Lots to learn both technically and socially from placement upwards. - Ability to move projects to keep learning. - Brilliant onboarding programme (12 weeks onboarding training when I left). - Multiple programmes to help get people into IT e.g. Earn as you learn, Software Test Academy etc. - Skills for me (to help peoples hobbies and wellbeing).
Cons
- Company is a little bottom heavy (sweeping statement but most experienced people would be travelling to be on client sites then would leave after a few years). - Sometimes have to travel for better projects (note: This is pre-pandemic) - Technology stack isn't always the most up to date (mainly due to health care clients do not always want cutting edge technology). - Risk of going stale if you stay there for 5+ years
