      Pros

      This review is for HZI UK. The basic pay was decent at the time of starting work in 2016. Work camaraderie on site is good and friendly.

      Cons

      Working away from family being overseas employee. Controlling Management in HQ not in sync with day to day challenges on site. Controllers are left to deal with their challenges with no support from management. Work responsibilities increase with an autocratic approach. No choice to challenge or refuse work as it has been decided by management without proper due diligence. Haphazard functioning of management but they get away with any good ups. Everyone looks to pass on the work and responsibility to someone else but they don't forget to take credit for the work they haven't done. Salary raise not in sync with real uk inflation. Constant tinkering, slashing with allowances leading to high attrition.

      Pros

      Company has a good focus on reducing waste - a real issue. The global company has a solid place in the world and some people with good experience. Some really excellent people to work with - open and willing to share and contribute.

      Cons

      Local office has issues with management and internal alignment. Very poor communication. Some toxic issues with the way problems are handled. US office does not have established market which causes issues with work load and viability. Way too much politics. No ability to make important decisions in a timely manner.
