Fast paced - Director Kc Pallets Employee Review

Cheerful atmosphere and a lot of growth potential. I have been here for a little bit now and I have been constantly recognized for hard work. While there Are some things that could be helpful to change, the sky is the limit on opportunity you just have to work for it. No place is perfect and people here are respectful, knowledgeable and hard working. It is not a place to come in just to collect a paycheck with minimal effort. It’s a nice family place with great benefits and beautiful office that you feel a part of.

Early schedule and traffic when commuting

The starting pay was nice, until they took it away.

All of it. The place is a walking red flag. If the Director decides she doesn't like you one day, she will write you up and slash your pay. The owner watches everything from cameras all around the office and is extremely creepy. They expect employees to come in before 6:45 in the morning because "on time is late". When they terminate employees, they try to convince them to resign so they don't have to pay unemployment. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, toxic environment.
