The starting pay was nice, until they took it away.

Cons

All of it. The place is a walking red flag. If the Director decides she doesn't like you one day, she will write you up and slash your pay. The owner watches everything from cameras all around the office and is extremely creepy. They expect employees to come in before 6:45 in the morning because "on time is late". When they terminate employees, they try to convince them to resign so they don't have to pay unemployment. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, toxic environment.

Hard working christian owners, building their business. A good opportunity for advancement and growth. Will get paid well if you separate yourself and work hard.

Cons

If you are not okay with Saturdays and working past your shift then this is not the place for you

Grab a phone book or google maps find your own leads -98 percent cold calling over the phone- micro managing at its finest -7-4:30 work hours and the mandatory first hour is them pretending to be important. Oh yeah come in every Saturday as well 8-12pm cold calling again !you spend all the time on the phone to reach someone that can buy but you have to call or email back because you have to get pricing from the owner first ( joke ) Leave at 4:30 they will make you feel bad Don’t bother
