Pros

Good tech stack, helpful co-workers. Ok benefits. Good work-life balance

Cons

Compensation is so-so. No 401K match. Keeper used to be a good company with positive attitude and tech culture. However lately the HR was given too much power and became too invasive. They monitor your LinkedIn profile, they demand you change it, they pull your consumer reports without you consent (violation of the FCRA act), and hold everything they find there against you. This created a toxic and unhealthy environment that's not motivating at all. They never hesitate to fire you on the spot without any regard to your contributions for the company, no questions asked, no objections taken. Your health coverage would be terminated the same very day. This alone says how much the company "cares" for their employees. Don't be misled by Keeper's responses saying "our employees are the cornerstone of our product, culture, blah blah". They don't mean it a single bit.

Pros

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
