Pros

Salary is fair and colleagues are good. Office empties out by 5

Cons

CEO tries to control every aspect of the business and has instilled a culture of fear. No communication between teams, leadership (CEO) tries to control every aspect of the business. Employees are fired regularly for no good reason. Acts like a start up to try to cover cracks in the organisation

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review and wish even more so that you had approached HR with these concerns while you were with the company so we could help address them head on. I would like to personally assure you that all sales team members who are terminated involuntarily are generally only done so do to repeated poor sales performance. We always try to put poor performers on performance improvement plans to do all that we can to help them succeed and see termination only as a last resort. We see our employees like a family (or home away from home) and strive to make Keeper a place where people want to come to work. You can see this evidenced in the amount of laughter and comradery you hear when coming on our sales floor. Sometimes not every place is a good fit for everyone and that is ok! We wish you the best in your future endeavors and hope you find a fit that works best for you.

Pros

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
