      They provide a good compensation

      Cons

      Executives have no idea of reality in their plants. Everything And everyone is just another number, no company values, rash decisions as long as they look good in paper though they will not in reality. But their report looked amazing! Do not keep their offers and promises. Will Sweet talk you to get things done then you lose any value

      Pros

      Was a consistently open job, always was available for overtime in a maintenance level.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. I worked for them 11 years. New management restructured company. Which removed my job from the company, they offer a lesser position. Found new job to stay in the automation position.
