Pros
Marketing campaigns and competitive pricing on savings products and lending products. Key attempts to have a corporate culture based on values.
Cons
Organizational structure and internal departments are terrible. Many back office employees don't see branch colleagues as teammates and don't accomplish things efficiently or effectively. Fees are high and make certain products non competitive compared with other competitor Banks. The incentive compensation program is a joke. It seems rigged so you don't get a payout.
