This is how the cycle of growth goes which is so f up. First of all they changed the system in 2025 now they will give you 3 months (this changed just now too first it was one month) performance sheet which contains number of things like professionalism, bug count, bug edits, technical tools etc. from these basis you will grow your level. If you are a good sycophant you will thrive no doubt but if you are a rebel let me tell you they will f up you performance sheet. Don't treat project leads like your friends. One simple mistake they are going to threaten you with warning letter even for minimal things. These are the things you will not going to hear until you join the company. This is a trap for fresher cause this type of info they are not going to get while joining. This level up system is so f up if you didn't get all the things up or you focus on one thing your other criteria is going to be at 1 or recruit they you are ineligible for level up. Listen my advice these words are true. Even if you end up joining just change this f company in few months.
