- Less Salary - QA Lead are Puppets - No holidays - Mandatory OT - Dont know what are the PM responsibilities.. sitting with the just laptops - Less infrastructure - No mobile - Worst Shift Timings

Pros

1. Free 1 time food. 2. Free cabs.(Will elaborate later in cons.) 3. Only for freshers.

Cons

1. They only pay 12000 to a fresher with a lot of fake promises that they will transfer them to temperament payroll in few month but that is a lie. 2. Only have appraisal once a year so be advised if they lie to you saying they have appraises bi- annually. 3. Mobile Phone is not allowed on the floor so good luck having a social life or another job. 4. 45 days NON-Negotiable notice period along with No- Buyout policy. 5. There are always positions available because everyone is leaving as there is literally nothing to learn as they work on games NOT software.Good luck getting another job after a year if you stay that long. 6. They do not have a dedicated HR. for their own company and she is borrowed from another company time to time. Team Leaders are forced to call the potential candidates everyday begging them to come for the interview as they do not have an HR.(LOL) 7. Inexperienced Team Leader and Managers with no real knowledge. What they have is only sweet talks and manipulations due to which the environment is becoming real toxic. 8. Their major selling point during interviews is Cab facility and Free food. So let me elaborate, the food which they serve will make you ill if regularly consumed. They will forcibly deduct money from your salary for food which you will not eat. From the start till the end of your employment with Babel media(Keywords studio), you will always face cab related issues and no one will listen to you. The manager will blame the Admin department and the Admin will blame the managers. This will go on forever. You will have to come half and hour early than your shift and there is no guarantee of the drop-of time.

Pros

No pros other than cab facility which is free of cost but comes at a hefty price which is your time. You will be spending 12 hour of your day counting the cab facility while working there.

Cons

So let me give you the details how you will feel like slave in this. This is a trap 🪤 So there are layers to this while hiring they are not going to tell you this. So you will start as a Recruit-Level 1- level2- level 3- expert - senior tester- associate team lead(they made this post just to cut cost this didn't existed last year) - lead - senior lead and so on if you are staying there. This is how the cycle of growth goes which is so f up. First of all they changed the system in 2025 now they will give you 3 months (this changed just now too first it was one month) performance sheet which contains number of things like professionalism, bug count, bug edits, technical tools etc. from these basis you will grow your level. If you are a good sycophant you will thrive no doubt but if you are a rebel let me tell you they will f up you performance sheet. Don't treat project leads like your friends. One simple mistake they are going to threaten you with warning letter even for minimal things. These are the things you will not going to hear until you join the company. This is a trap for fresher cause this type of info they are not going to get while joining. This level up system is so f up if you didn't get all the things up or you focus on one thing your other criteria is going to be at 1 or recruit they you are ineligible for level up. Listen my advice these words are true. Even if you end up joining just change this f company in few months.
