Pros
Good company to have on your resume when you're ready to get into the staffing industry. Just be prepared to talk more about politics than business and you'll be set.
Cons
This place needs it own reality show. The managers in this office are only in their positions because they were the only ones left standing when the top-notch employees got fed-up and left. The managers have not been given any tools or management training and it really shows. The blind leading the blind - you have to become a shark or a snake to get ahead here. Honestly is not the best policy in this type of environment. Leaders have no idea what is going on at your desk because they're too busy on a conference call to make time for their people. Metrics, expectations, etc. change depending on which leader you talk to. Make sure you track every communication with your managers so when they come to confront you about gossip, you have proof that you've done your due diligence. The average tenure in this office is 1.5 years and that's generous. Leaders use gossip relayed to them by other employees to push others out. They've lost or fired 12+ employees just this summer and the majority of those people who were let-go were the ones who called HR and complained about management harassment in the office at some point. Also, everyone let go recently had confided in a friend and/or were thrown under the bus by a team member. It doesn't matter how long you've been here or what you've done here, the managers allow themselves to be manipulated by other team members because they just don't know any better or how to properly handle their staff.
