      Pros

      Smooth onboarding process, fantastic and welcoming team, amazing opportunity for self and career progression. I love the dedication that Kier has towards employee wellbeing, from day one each person i have met has a genuine interest in getting to know me and making me feel part of the team. I work remotely but i never feel alone. I finally feel like i have a great work/ homelife balance and the stress i felt in my previous job has been lifted.

      Cons

      I am yet to find any Cons, so far an all round great experience

      Pros

      Visible and accessible strong leadership from senior management. Excellent development and engagement to make you feel valued and rewarded. Great employee benefits such as pensions, sharesaves and discount schemes

      Cons

      None, except the industry as a whole finds it difficult to attract people to a very enjoyable construction and infrastructure market sector
