Sometimes your not always listened to.

This is my first time being truly valued at a company. Not once have I gotten up in the morning and thought, "Ugh, I have to go to work today." When I speak, my words do not fall upon deaf ears. I am respected, and I have a blast working with the office and field staff throughout the company. This is a place where I wholeheartedly believe that we are a family. A huge part of this is Jerry, KLOVER's founder and president. I have not once felt like I can't talk to him about something. He genuinely makes you feel like you can talk to him about anything, and he will make sure to not only listen, but also give feedback and guidance if needed. If this is the way KLOVER is going to continue to operate, I really never want to leave!

Sometimes I have employees throughout the organization who don't read informational emails I send out, then call or text me directly to ask a question that was clearly covered in the notification email, but that's pretty much it. You get that anywhere you go in IT!
