Knight Frank in Australia has undergone a major transformation in recent years and is developing a culture which focusses on the individual rather that the 'corporate machine'. If you want to develop an individual career path, the company will encourage and support you in this. If you want to be a cog in a machine, there are others out there that you may be better suited to!

The major transformation that the company has undergone in recent years continues, and as such not everything is 'perfect'. This said, individuals have more latitude to work on those imperfections to ensure that best outcome - I have not always seen this at the competitors I have worked with previously, who simply accept that global systems and processes are mandated, even if they don't work well in the local market.
