Good benefits, maternity package, annual leave

Cons

Slow to adapt to changes, technology adoption is slow, unless your a fee earner to progress in the company it is very hard. To become an associate as a fee earner can be done immediately or within a couple years. If your not it can take 5-7 years of false promises until you loose motivation and question things. Hesitation to allow non fee earners to progress as there are internal politics throughout the firm. Management skills vary significantly, bonuses can be good but based on your manager and their mood in the 2 months of reviews every year. Those at the top are happy as they are with their packages and as long as your making their life easy they are happy you doing that then pushing your progression corner.
