Pros
Some of the finest working men and women are employed here. I am not sure where all these complaints are from, but they are completely false. A few men might joke around with some locker room talk and banter but that's not misogynistic at all, people are too sensitive these days. The founder are great, and the videos really don't do enough to show new hires how amazing they really are. Some lay offs, but it's not like we don't have a creative team and people. Lots of great creative people working here. Amazing sales and CS team who don't get enough recognition. Plenty of diversity - we have a satellite office in the Phillipines and I hear they are well taken care of, considering where they are. Take everything with a grain of salt.
Cons
Some bureaucratic red tape slows down movement. Too many 'woke' hires that don't know the meaning of hard work talking down this company.
