      Pros

      The people who worked at Koko were great.

      Cons

      Upper management has dreams of grandeur unfortunately they are underfunded, understaffed and under bad leadership. There is no transparency in business practices or a plan where the company is headed. Having terminated more than half their workforce 2x over the past 2 years with no warning makes this company very volatile. Additionally the products are hard to produce and source since many designs haven't been updated in the last 20 years.

      Pros

      The management that came over from the previous company really cared about the product, the customers and the employees. They made every effort to make the place a welcoming environment, and rebuild a great product line.

      Cons

      The CEO and CFO/COO completely destroyed this company before it could even get started. Both had some serious power and control issues, used underhanded tactics and could care less about the employees or customers. The company didn't even have a chance,
