      Pros

      When I joined Koko it was a small startup and now it's grown-up. The company is good and the product is excellent.

      No Health Insurance is the only con I remember

      The people who worked at Koko were great.

      Cons

      Upper management has dreams of grandeur unfortunately they are underfunded, understaffed and under bad leadership. There is no transparency in business practices or a plan where the company is headed. Having terminated more than half their workforce 2x over the past 2 years with no warning makes this company very volatile. Additionally the products are hard to produce and source since many designs haven't been updated in the last 20 years.
