Small team. Remote first. Good people to work with. High pressure of startup exists, but crunch does not. Very collaborative. Positive and inclusive atmosphere. More diverse than most companies of the same size. Great atmosphere and you can easily see that leadership still has the desire/fire to accomplish/achieve greatness.

Growing pains of expansion, but nothing out of the ordinary. Earning trust with leadership is slow going, but they do actually listen unlike a lot of companies.
