Pros
Better to work somewhere than Unemployed. If you can consider it as a volunteer opportunity then not a bad place to work! If you are a novice sales person or this one your first job then carry on. It will help you to develop your sales and communication skills.
Cons
Irregular and missing payment. And no explanation. You will not get the full payment, even if you exceed the sales target. Almost impossible to contact with HR or the management. Final advice; don’t join here, if you have any other alternative.
