Pros
They are prepared to spend lots of time/money in new IT systems but not in there resources of peoples times, Excellent record in safety.
Cons
As previous people have noted the Finnish culture/ way of doing things does not suit every country & they need to let go of their ultimate control of everything. There is low morale in this company and I will be glad to leave next year.
