Good environment for the most part

Not enough pay or underpaid

The job has a incredible opportunity to make money and the people can be amazing to work with. Co-workers are fantastic as well. things are amazing when there is inventory to sell. Overall environment is positive

Work/life balance is almost nonexistent. hard to sell with no inventory but that isn't the companies fault. Management doesn't like to help sometimes and you can feel as though you are drowning by yourself. Too many sales advisors with too little inventory.
