This would be the first automotive group where I feel the General Manager truly cares about his people. Not only how they are doing at work, but how things are going in life outside of work. This is a rarity in the car world. The compensation plan can seem a little confusing at first, but it provides more that enough income.
Cons
Since there are multiple rooftops, there can be some miscommunication between them. Which I think is still a reasonable thing to happen with larger companies.
