Pros
One of those rare companies where many people stay for their entire career. Lots of people have clocked in 30+ years of service. Very good benefits. Pay is decent. Vacation time is 2 weeks and accrues after 5 years. Christmas holiday week off. Very stable industry. It’s a good job if you’re not looking to grow, but you need stability. Great place for people who enjoy routine work.
Cons
Nepotism and lots of it. No room for growth. Traffic getting there is awful. The Leonia facility is getting way too cramped and the parking situation is unsustainable.
