Great company - Recruitment Manager Kynetec Employee Review

Recruitment Managers need to ensure they are fully invested in the company they are working for, and I can honestly say in this instance I am. Kynetec is a fantastic company to work for, I feel I am able to be my true authentic self who can ask questions and provide ideas and people actually listen to me. I started with Kynetec in December 2021 and since then have been able to grow the recruitment team, work on interesting projects and be part of conversations with our leaders, all whilst being encouraged by my manager and HR team - I not only feel like my career is growing, but I feel my confidence grows each day and that is due to the team.
