Pros

Dress down Friday Fruit Apprenticeship study support (no clawbacks compared to usual training agreement)

Cons

Depending on your manager and department you can expect to receive a variety in support. Certain managers have been promoted to managers only based on their technical ability, thus creating problems when trainees look to managers for advice as some do not have people skills. On the job training is far below expectations, very little support. Work for directors vary, some are extremely rude and will use colourful language to get their point(s) across. No HR department Salary increments are far below market rate. Company is focused on commerciality although when WIP/ budget has been exceeded, directors/ managers ask staff to put time to admin which distorts actual time cost vs budget and ruins individual's chargeability, which results in unpaid overtime to meet budget due to low bills and large focus on WIP.
