      1:- Best work environment 2:- Never force to work beyond the alloted time 3:- No non sence things happen in the name of extra employees bonding

      Cons

      1:- Didn't tolerate non sence excuses when failed to submit your task 2:- Strictly follow labour law and other law 3:- Ready for getting fired on 2nd mistake

      Cons

      No proper training structure for trainees, only other trainees actually train you up as senior members are too busy and the company dont want them using there high charge out time on training someone up. No communication between managers and trainees some days no managers wouldnt even say a word to me.
