Our claim to be an attractive employer naturally includes paying fair, appropriate, and competitive salaries. Additionally, we support the communities where our local sites are located. We are committed to environmental protection and actively engage in initiatives to reduce our ecological footprint. Furthermore, we provide assistance to the families of our employees, ensuring they receive the support they need at various locations.
Besides, as a global company we move in a fast-changing environment and volatile markets. The speed and amount of work varies greatly from location, position and season. As a company, we strive to avoid long working hours and only implement them as a temporary measure, ensuring that, on average, we maintain regular working hours. Our goal is to provide a stable work-life balance for all our employees, as the wellbeing of our workforce is of utmost importance to us.
