Manager is abusive and miserable. Prepare to be humiliated and subjected to intimidation/interrogation tactics. All a part of the power trip or Korean culture. Yes, it is a good idea if you are of Asian descent. Beware of the question, "Can you deal with "constructive criticism"? You really need to read between the lines here. This means that you will be criticized even when you have done a good job…..just for their purpose of putting you in your place and made to feel incompetent. Prepare to wing it. LIG does not properly train their employees. This helps to make it even more difficult for you and to make it easier for management to embarrass you.
