LOFT Otay Ranch 1587 - Sales Lead LOFT Employee Review

The store manager at my location was horrible. I do not recommend working here. Mariela makes the work environment so incredibly toxic and unbearable. I feel bad for the people who have this as their first job. It was my first job and it created so much anxiety when looking for other opportunities. This is not a normal work environment and Mariela needs to be under supervision or removed from her position. She also keeps us (sales leads) right below the average needed to make us full-time employees because she doesn't want to give us benefits. Many other things that were shady and horrible while working there....
