Fast-paced, overwhelming with bottle-neck to action - Operations Associate LabCentral Employee Review

We aim to encourage both positive and constructive feedback at every level so we can improve in areas we need to and continue to support areas we flourish, and this feedback is helpful for us to learn. As a growing organization, the culture and environment is definitely fast-paced and busy. The downside is managing staffing levels to support the growth, and hiring is a major priority (we've added 12 people to our team of 55 in just eight weeks), but the upside is that there is a lot of opportunity for growth (we recently promoted 8 people) and a ton to learn, as well as great new people joining the team. We are experiencing a pivotal moment where there is a lot of change, which will bring great opportunities and some challenges as well.
