Admin responsibilities can be demanding at times.

Some coworkers were kind and willing to help, and those few people were the only saving grace.

Be warned of the constant politics, unfair treatment, and blatant favoritism that dominate everything here. Even when you work extremely hard and follow every instruction without question, it means nothing when it comes to earning management favor, promotion, or even a basic pay increase. Effort and results are ignored if you are not personally favored, which makes the entire system feel rigged and demoralizing.
