Question 1
Are you a fresher and why you want to do this job ?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ladder UP (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was very accommodating and casual, if you have the required skills they are helpful and willing to hire you and train you. You first interview over the phone to gauge interest and what your skills might be. Then you come in to interview where they see if you are a good fit with the other employees. Finally they ask you on and you pretty much sign up to do a variety of tasks considering how small the office is, and the people are great and the cause is important.
