      Good pay. The work is not bad

      Cons

      Long hours, If the boss don't like you they will find away to get rid of you. Sexual harassment went on around the office. Tried to show they cared about you and your family but that was far from the truth. Everyone else can do wrong and get away with it but I got wrote up every time I turned around.

      Job security, and being able to have flexibility in the daily output

      Cons

      Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
