One of the most unorganized and unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked for. They are racist - Sales Associate Lands' End Employee Review

They are disrespectful to African-American employees. They disregards concerns about unfair treatment. And they lie about vacation time and paid time. They say they’ll give you The time but when you check your paycheck it shorts HUNDREDS and it is almost impossible to contact Human Resources. The human resource department is a joke. I would never recommend this job to anybody. Honestly I can say that they are very racist.
