Pros

Pay is okay. Being allowed to dig up for OR.

Cons

No diversity. No culture. There is no work culture at all. The system they use is so old. They micromanage and spy on you all the time. Working here is lkke watching paint dry. Your shift is spent like a robot taking calls every second . As soon as one ends you’ll be taking another. You can’t work over 40 hours at all . They suck honestly

No Drama, Helpful and friendly Leads, generally pleasant coworkers. Easy tasks. Nice schedule. Free Gym included

Cons

Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
