Pros

Awesome customers, great professional development for part time, love the products

Cons

the calls can sometimes be back to back and the metrics to keep the calls at under 7 mins. It is too much, sitting for extended periods of time, mandatory work days for 11 hours or you lose out on extra money (even you take a break for 5 extra minutes!) you could work for 10.45 hours and not receive the extra money, that is not right in my book.

Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
