Pros

Few benefits to stick around for, I stay because I'm stuck atm They used to be considered as well paying. If company sales goals are met there's a company wide bonus awarded.

Cons

They care about employees until the employee is no longer useful. Mandatory overtime, mandatory 12 hour days for full-time employees during peak times. Mandatory 10 hour days for part-time employees. As a long time employee I'm only making a couple more dollars an hour than someone just starting. I won't get any more raises as they have a wage cap. There is very little in the way of progressing up the ladder.

No Drama, Helpful and friendly Leads, generally pleasant coworkers. Easy tasks. Nice schedule. Free Gym included

Cons

Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
