Poor leadership and management - Machine Operator Lands' End Employee Review

Leadership doesn’t have leadership qualities. There is no incentive for working above and beyond, the management is unapproachable, there is no positive reinforcement, only negative reinforcement and negative punishment. Job status is always viewed as more worthy than job ethic and job performance.
