Terrible place to work - Lead Sales Associate/Key Holder Lands' End Employee Review

Management is terrible. Assistant Manager is sarcastic. She either likes someone or she doesn't. Talks about employees behind their backs and talks cuts them down. Gangs up on certain ones. Doesn't follow managers instructions on new implementation of dress room changes. Has another key holder that worked there that caused trouble by hearing one thing and changing what was said to get people in trouble. And then the manager will back these two looser employees. Must be it's easier to lose one employee than the two. They don't check backgrounds evidently on some of their employees. Very hard place to work in an atmosphere like that.
