Pros
Great place to gain knowledge and experience. Since this is a ISP anyone who go there have access to every equipment to learn networking from basic to in-depth. People who worked at lankacom have a good reputation among the other companies and highly considered for giving career opportunities.
Cons
Low salary rates. Packed and un tidy work environment. Lack of upgrades with time over the years Some team heads are toxic to work with and makes employees mentally drain and it results in by loosing work ethic and many of the employees leaving soon after completing their internships.
