Pros

I have been officially with LeadOrigin since March 2021, but my history with the founders, Zo and Bil, goes all the way back to 2017. That alone speaks volumes about the company. It is rare in the agency world to find leaders who value long-term relationships and consistent talent as much as they do. As a Senior Graphic Designer here, I feel my voice is heard. There is a high level of professional trust, and the environment is perfect for anyone who wants to take ownership of their creative work. The projects are diverse, the pace is energetic, and the leadership genuinely cares about the growth of the team.

Cons

Because we are a high-growth agency, the pace can be very fast. It requires someone who is organized and can manage their time well. If you prefer a slow, repetitive "9-to-5" where you don't have to think outside the box, this might not be the right fit.

Pros

Strong culture of trust and independence. Lots of autonomy. No micromanaging (which is huge for me). Leadership is supportive and respectful. No "office politics". Smart, capable team. Performance-focused environment overall.

Cons

Workload can get busy at times due to multiple clients, so strong time management is important. But if you’re organized, it’s very manageable. Not for entry-level.

Pros

Some genuinely good colleagues who cared about their work.

Cons

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so future applicants understand the reality behind the polished promises. I joined LeadOrigin with genuine excitement. I worked extremely hard, delivered results, implemented a Human Resources Projects, and even supported the hiring of several successful team members and client employees. Unfortunately, the way things are run behind the scenes is deeply concerning. After my employment ended, I discovered that the company continued to use my name, work email with my previous work email signature and photo in it to reach out to candidates and communicate as myself, as if I were still an employee. This was done without my knowledge or consent. What makes it worse is that the termination letter given to me stated that any continued disclosure or misuse of company information post-employment was prohibited, yet the company itself violated this by continuing to impersonate me, which puts my professional reputation at risk. This wasn’t an isolated incident. There are several ongoing issues I witnessed internally: Unpaid or late salaries - Multiple employees experienced delayed pay or incomplete payouts due to the hourly deduction that they base on Hubstaff as a form of micromanagement. Some were terminated without receiving their final pay at all, including myself.
