Pros
Yes, they pay competitively, but they require you to work as if you're full-time employees for all of their startups that they are building simultaneously, even if on paper you're just independent contractors.
They give out paid time off. The pay is the carrot on the stick, that's their strategy, and that's how they keep you from complaining.
Also they aren't truthfully "AI automated" or "enabled" its just their marketing and PR strategy. they use Chatgpt just like the rest of the oceans of other agencies out there. The backend is a factory of people. Their external gift-wrapping is really clean, I'll give them that, the only people who who won't speak badly about this company are those who've yet to be fired.
Communication and HR is sub-optimal too. Human Resources is a front, no actual industry-standard HR practices goes on. It's all bureaucratic.
Picture LeadOrigin's core team members, important instrumental people to the team, It doesn't matter, if your house is burning, if your spouse has just given birth, or your relative passed. They will terminate you like they're picking flower petals. The founders are young, ambitious and excessively distracted with too many startups. Last time I checked, it's about 4-6 businesses, so that's something to take into consideration when choosing LeadOrigin, no matter how shiny the paycheck is.
Cons
But they've fired important, contributing, and hard-working people at the drop of a hat, with a click of a mouse and not even a dismissal meeting or letter, it's just the HR sending you a quick chat message and - you're kicked out of the company ecosystem, digitally, without even a day's notice.
